Man to face court over animal cruelty charges

A man who was found guilty of animal cruelty last year, will face court today charged with failing to comply with a court order.
Raymond Andrew Grayson had been ordered to remove cattle from his Torbay property, near Albany, after he was found guilty of not providing sufficient food to nearly 300 cows.
It is alleged an inspector visited the premises last month and about 175 cattle were still on the property.
He is due to appear in the Albany Magistrates Court.
