When it comes to the Wingecarribee Shire Council, mismanagement isn’t our biggest problem.
The main problem isn’t maladministration, incompetence, dysfunction, and toxicity (although our council suffers from all these local government maladies).
The real problem is brazen, unadulterated corruption perpetrated by what’s known as the Bowral Mafia - a group of crooked councillors, developers and real estate agents who have held the Highlands hostage for over 30 years.
