St George Bank Westpac incompetent

St George Bank Westpac remind me of Telstra, they are both so very incompetent.
I have sent them 3 faxes already with specific details that they asked for when i called them.
St George bank still till this day haven't even gotten off their ass to do anything about it.
I have involved the NSW Financial Ombudsman to resolve this, seeing my own bank won't..
