this family have no respect for anyone 8-} smoking marijuana with there kids and other people's kids in the same room :-q

they also have a German Shepard that gets no exercise never taken for walk L-) is unregistered :-q and is left shut up in the house to poo everywhere and by the looks doesn't get feed at all.

is this the same drugged up family that left their dog to die, just sat there watching it, didn't even take it to a vet?
