Roundup Settlement: Bayer (Monsanto) Agrees to Pay at least $10.9 Billion

Bayer publicly announced that the multinational company had reached a settlement agreement to resolve more than 100,000 Roundup lawsuits for almost $11 billion.

The agreements were reached after years of negotiations and three consecutive major trial losses for Bayer. Many victims have already received their settlement payments, many more will receive their settlements this year or in 2022 and beyond.
